Every job, invoice, and work order is linked to the specific client and vehicle for easy reference.

How does invoicing work?

Trackara Pro offers professional invoicing with line items for labor and parts. You can set cost price and selling price for each item to track profit margins automatically. The app supports tax configuration (per item or invoice-wide), multiple payment tracking, payment methods (cash, check, card, bank transfer), and PDF invoice generation. You can also use pre-built service templates to speed up invoicing for common jobs like oil changes, brake service, etc.

What are work orders and how do they work?

Work orders are authorization documents that define the scope of work before you start a job. In Trackara Pro, you can create a work order, have the customer sign it digitally on your device, track the work order status (Draft, Awaiting Approval, Approved, In Progress, Completed), and convert it to an invoice when the job is done. All line items, labor, and parts automatically carry over—no re-entering data.

Can I track my time and labor costs?

Yes! Trackara Pro includes built-in time tracking. Start a timer when you begin work, pause if needed, and stop when finished. No! Whether you choose monthly ($49.99/month) or yearly ($499.99/year), that's all you pay. There are no per-invoice fees, no transaction charges, no client limits, no additional costs for premium features. Everything is included in your subscription.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your iPhone/iPad Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. There are no cancellation fees or penalties. If you cancel, you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Data & Privacy

Where is my data stored?

Your data is stored locally on your device and optionally synced to iCloud (Apple's secure cloud service) if you enable cloud sync. We also use Firebase for authentication and optional cloud backup. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. You maintain complete control over your data.

Is my client data secure?

Yes. Trackara Pro uses industry-standard encryption for all data storage and transmission. Client information, invoices, and business data are protected with the same security standards used by banks and financial institutions. We never share or sell your data to third parties.

Does Trackara Pro work offline?

Yes! Trackara Pro is designed to work offline. All data is stored locally on your device, so you can create invoices, work orders, track time, and manage clients even without internet connection. When you reconnect, changes sync automatically to the cloud if you have cloud sync enabled.
