How do customers find my booking page?
You get a shareable link with your own custom slug. Drop it in your Instagram bio, your text-back template, your Thumbtack profile, your Google Business listing, or anywhere you currently say "text me to book." Customers tap, pick a service, pick a time, and you've got the job.
Can I take a deposit when a customer books?
Yes. Connect your Stripe account once and Trackara Pro can collect a deposit at the time of booking. The deposit is captured before the appointment is confirmed in your jobs list — so no-shows cost the customer, not you.
Does the booking portal sync with my schedule?
Yes. Customers only see time slots that match your real availability. When they book, the slot is locked, a client profile is auto-created, a project is opened in your jobs list, and the appointment lands on your phone calendar.
Is there an extra fee per booking?
No. Trackara Pro doesn't take a cut of bookings or deposits. The only payment fees are Stripe's standard processing rates, charged by Stripe directly.
Can I turn off online booking when I'm slammed?
Yes. Disable your booking page from Settings any time. The link will show "currently unavailable" instead of taking new bookings until you re-enable it.
