Questions about running Trackara on the web
Is the web portal a separate subscription?
No. The web portal is included with every Trackara Pro subscription at no extra cost. One account works across iPhone, Android, and the web — your data is the same everywhere because it all syncs through the same cloud.
Do I need to install anything?
No. The portal runs in any modern browser — Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox — on a Mac, PC, Chromebook or tablet. Just go to shop.trackara.app and sign in with the same email and password you use in the app.
Does the web portal have the same features as the app?
Yes. Work orders, invoices, quotes, clients, scheduling, appointments, inventory, expenses, mileage, inspections, repair guides, time tracking and tax reports are all in the portal — the same records you see on your phone, on a full-size screen.
Will changes I make on the web show up in the app?
Instantly. The portal and the app read and write the same cloud database. Create an invoice at your desk and it's on your phone before you walk to the truck — and vice versa.
Can my office helper or service writer use it?
