Three Steps to Your Member Rate
Get Your Code and Your Member Number
Log into RV Service Group and open the Resources tab. Your Trackara Pro member code is there. Bring your RVTAA or NRVIA membership number with you as well, letters included, because you will need both. The code is exclusive to active members, so it is not posted publicly.
Enter Both at Signup
Start your account, enter the code, then enter your membership number when it asks. A card is required to set up the trial, but your 14-day free trial runs first, so nothing is charged until you have actually put the app to work on real jobs.
We Verify With the Association
Your membership number is checked against RVTAA and NRVIA's active member list, and you will see your member rate before you enter a card. The code by itself will not unlock it for a non-member.

Questions from RVTAA and NRVIA members
Where do I find my member code and membership number?
Log into RV Service Group and open the Resources tab. The code is posted there for active RVTAA and NRVIA members. Your membership number is on your own membership record, and it starts with RVTAA or NRVIA. Include those letters when you enter it, because both associations issue the same numbers. If you cannot find either one, contact your association directly and they will get it to you.
What happens if my membership lapses?
Your account keeps working, it just moves to standard pricing at your next renewal. Nothing is deleted and nothing is locked. Renew your membership and the member rate comes back.
Is there a limit on customers, units or invoices?
No. Unlimited clients, units, quotes, work orders and invoices. Some platforms in this space meter those, we do not. One price covers everything.
Do I have to pay to try it?
Not right away. Every account starts with a 14-day free trial, a card is required to set it up but you are not charged until day 15. Use it on real jobs first, then decide.
Can I move my existing customers and history over?
Yes, and we will help. Members coming from spreadsheets or another platform can email support@trackara.app and we will walk through getting your clients, units and history imported.
Does it work on my computer as well as my phone?
Yes. The web portal at shop.trackara.app runs in any browser on a Mac, PC, Chromebook or tablet, with the same login and the same data as the app. It is included, not an upsell. Quote at the campsite, do books at the desk.
I am new to this kind of software. Is there training?
There is a full library of short tutorial videos covering setup and every major workflow, and you can reach a real person at support@trackara.app or +1 (801) 946-9396. Plenty of members come from paper and a phone. That is a normal starting point, not a problem.
